STANDARD PHOTOGRAPHY RATE - $175*

Photos are what form a potential buyer’s first impression of a property. The base photography package includes 20 high-resolution edited images, sufficient for most properties up to 2500 square feet. All photos are always edited by manual blending, a process much superior to HDR editing. Free photo enhancements include: blue sky replacement (for photos taken in overcast weather), TV screen enhancement (scenic photo added to TV screens) and fireplace enhancement (flame added to fireplaces). *Residential properties only. Additional photos - $5/each

Seasonal changes/reshoots - $20/photo (minimum 5 photos; additional photos $5/ea)

AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY - $100*

Includes 10 high-resolution edited images taken by FAA-licensed and insured drone pilot via state-of-the-art drone fitted with a 20 megapixel HD camera. Excellent for larger properties, commercial buildings, lots and waterfront homes. *When purchased and executed at same time as standard photography package ($150 when purchased a la carte).

INTERIOR/EXTERIOR/AERIAL VIDEO - $175*

Video is a powerful marketing tool that connects with potential buyers on an emotional level, conveys property setting and interior layout better than photos and boosts your SEO and online marketing power. You’ll receive a full HD video showcasing property setting and views, land, exterior features and architecture as well as stabilized footage highlighting the interior layout and the most impressive areas of the home. These videos are typically 1-2 minutes in length and set to licensed music. A branded and unbranded version of the video will be supplied, as well as a free upload to Zillow if desired. *When purchased and executed at same time as standard photography package ($225 when purchased a la carte). AERIAL EXTERIOR ONLY VIDEO - $125*

Same as above, but excludes interior footage. Typically 0:45-1:00 in length. *When purchased and executed at same time as standard photography package ($175 when purchased a la carte).

ZILLOW 3D HOME VIRTUAL TOUR & FLOOR PLANS - FROM $75

Zillow 3D Home Tours are an interactive experience that allow home buyers to tour your home and better understand the layout prior to viewing it in person. Zillow statistics show that listings with 3D Home tours receive twice as many views as those without. Tours are automatically integrated into your listings on Zillow and Trulia. You will also receive a link and html code to add an unbranded version of the virtual tour to MLS and your own website and social media pages.

Up to 3,000 ft² — $75*

3,000-6,000 ft² — $100*

Over 6,000 ft² — $125*

ADDITIONAL SERVICES & FEES

Virtual Staging - $30/photo

Professionally-staged homes sell faster and for higher prices than empty ones. Virtual staging is an easy, cost-effective way to digitally stage a vacant home with beautiful furnishings and decor. Recommended for photos of main living areas, kitchens, dining and master bedrooms.

Virtual Twilight - $10/photo

(Day-to-dusk conversion of exterior photos to mimic the pleasing look of photos taken at twilight)

Lawn Creation, Object Removal & Other Advanced Editing

Twilight Fee - $75 + $5/per photo

(Return trip at sunset to capture twilight exterior pictures)
